Thanks Fuller! I need to find a better knee wrap technique though. I also didn't like the way the knees came forward a bit. The rest felt ok though. The breathing change is helping. Taking a huge breath before going down and holding it through.

Saturday

warmups, etc
Deficit Deadlifts: 225-5, 315-3, 405-1, 455-1, 475-1, 485-1, 495-1, 505-0
SLD: 225-6, 275-3, 275-3, 275-3 grip issues
Single Leg SLD (2 db): 40-8x2
Calves: 130-20, 170-12
Shrugs: FatGripz-155-6, 155-6, 155-F, 225-10, 275-6, 275-6
2 Hand Pinch DL: 3xF
Squats: break in Metal shoes: 135-5, 225-5

The deadlift tech changed helped get over the 485 hump on the deficits. Still nervous if it'll hold up when pulling from the ground. Had a fun day today just watching the RUM. Had to catch the lightweights on my phone or else I wouldn't have had time to lift.

Monday

Shirted 1 Board: 315-2, 365-1, 395-1, 405-0 (395 set: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKov3G7R2kw)
Shirted 3 Board: 365-3, 375-3, 385-3
Front Raise: 40-5, 45-5, 50-5, 50-5
Dips: 70-3, 70-3, 70-3
Pullups: 2xF
Rev Pullups: 2xF
Chest Pulls: 2xF

395 went up fairly easy. Had a slight snag near lockout. 405 shouldn't have been an issue but had some issues with the unrack. Felt good for feeling sore. Don't feel like I've peaked yet which is good.

Friday

Speed Bench FatGripz (no bands.taking it easy): C-205-3x3, T-215-3x3, P-225-3x3
JM Press FatGripz: 185-6, 205-6, 225-6, 235-5

Trying to get a good workout in while not stressing the body too much. Took out bands to let the elbows get a bit better. A couple more workouts to go before the meet. At this point planning on squat 550, 600, 625; bench 350, 380, 405; deadlift 540, 570, whatever I need.
